She was born July 19, 1954 in Illinois to James H. and Leona (Decker) Bell. They survive in Danville, Indiana.
On December 6, 1973 she married Noah W. Hudson and he survives in Clyde. In addition to her parents and husband, Joyce is survived by her children: Richard J (Suzann) Hudson of Clyde; Christel R Hudson of Monroeville; Celina M (Scott) Bishop of Toledo; and Eric W Hudson of Clyde. She is also survived by eight grandchildren: Makaela, Marissa, Madison, Michael, and Memphis Hudson; Jordan England, Tyler and Olivia Bishop. Her siblings Edward Bell of Texas, Becky Watsin of Maryland, and Jeff Bell of Indiana also survive.
She was preceded in death by her brother, Fred Bell.
Joyce enjoyed flowers of all kinds; she always had a beautiful flower garden. She also loved to cook. She was truly a loving mother and grandmother.
