Chuck was born in Bellevue on August 19, 1948 to the now deceased Marvin “Hoopie” and Marion (Koch) Seibel. He graduated from Bellevue High School in 1966.
Mr. Seibel was a veteran of the Army serving in the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his wife, Ellen (Ball) Krum-Seibel; daughter, Kimberly Seibel, Fremont; son, Charles G. Seibel, Huron and stepdaughter, Lisa Krum, Fremont; three grandchildren and two sisters, Dixie Hurless, Florida and Diane Kelly, Michigan.
