Wallace E. Robinson, 91, formerly of Clyde, more recently of Fostoria, died at his home on Sunday, January 10, 2010.



Mr. Robinson was born in Langley, Kentucky on February 15, 1918 to the late Rickard and Mary (Carroll) Robinson.

He had worked at the Ford Motor Co., in various jobs, retiring in 1972.



Survivors include his wife, Verna (Carroll) Robinson, whom he married on February 24, 1940 in Alphoretta, Kentucky; and their children: Emma D. (Lester) Robinson, Fostoria; Wallace E. Jr. (Sandy) Robinson, Lucasville, Ohio; Irma (Rod) Giomella, New York; Warren G. Robinson, Clyde; Mary Lou Hamilton, Fostoria; and Glenda Robinson, Fostoria. Also twenty grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, along with his half brother, Roy (Linda) Robinson, Portsmouth, also survive.



He was preceded in death by his first wife, Edith (Hall) Robinson and their son, Stanley Robinson, both in 1938; and daughter, Deborah Henson in April of 2008.
