Roger Wayne Dauch, 57, of Clyde, died Thursday, January 7, 2010 at Stein Hospice in Sandusky.

He was born September 11, 1952 in Bellevue to Wayne P. and Helen (Lewicki) Dauch. They survive in Clyde.

Roger graduated from Margaretta High School in 1970 and was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Bellevue. He enjoyed fixing clocks and worked at Joseph Wise Clocks in Fremont. He helped the needy, was an avid eagle watcher, loved football, and was a collector of stamps and boats in glass bottles.

Roger served his country in the US Navy. He also was a recruiter for the National Guard before his retirement.

In addition to his parents, Roger is survived by his siblings: Patricia (Alton) Sengstock of Clyde; Kathleen A. (Dan) Michel of Bucyrus; Paula Dauch of Sandusky; and David M. Dauch of Clyde. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
