Mrs. Miller was born in Youngstown, Ohio on September 7, 1945 to the late Lawrence and Mary Ann (Carbone) Carson. She graduated from Girard High School in 1963 and moved to Clyde from Cleveland in 1976.
Rose had been a homemaker and seamstress, using that talent in her job at the former Infant Items in Fremont.
Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Ann (Hiro) Persons of Clyde, and her greatest joy, her granddaughter, Sophia Rosabella Persons. In addition, her siblings, Philomena (Jim) Quinn, Girard; Andrew (Judy) Carson, Cherry Valley, New York; Lawrence (Mary) Carson, Girard and Helen (Jim) Keagy, Girard, along with eleven nieces and nephews and seven great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Jerry Carson, a sister Mary Jo Carson and stepfather, Joseph Carson.
