Jim was born in Fremont on December 31, 1952 to John Henry "Hank" and
Geraldine (Marske) Wagner. His mother survives in Clyde. He graduated from Clyde High School in 1971; and was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church, Clyde; and the Fremont Moose and VFW. He had worked at DG Trim in Fremont.
Along with his mother, his three children survive, Mark Richard Broderdorp, Fremont; Janet Wagner, Nashville, Tn; and John Wagner, USN, stationed in Jacksonville, Florida.
He was preceded in death by his father in 1995, and his brother, Gail
Wagner, in 1971.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, September 16, 2009 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 S. Main St., Clyde. The funeral will be on Thursday, September 17, 2009 at 10:30 AM at the Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home with the Rev. Gerhardt Gosnell officiating.
