Tony was born in Bellevue, Ohio on August 26, 1991. He is survived by his parents, Alphonso and Cherylle (McElwain) Rossi.
He was a member of the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Bellevue and was a senior at Bellevue/Ehove High School where he was in the computer networking tech program, while also attending college.
Also surviving are his maternal grandmother, Frances McElwain, Bellevue and aunts and uncles; Mary and Michael Sherokee, Warren; Miss Loretta Rossi, Niles; Sue O’Brien and Ray Lewis, Clyde; Paul A. McElwain; Candy and Alan Meyer; David and Melissa McElwain, all of Bellevue. His cousins that survive include, Michael, Angela and Peter Sherokee, Warren and Casey McElwain; Amber Missler; Billy and Lauren Wilder and Bridget Meyer, all of Bellevue along with many dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Paul and Marjorie McElwain and paternal grandparents, Basilio and Antonetta Rossi.
